Mid - end of May, 2008

Our yearly stawberry picking family event!! So much fun!!

OK, we went a little overboard! We ended up getting over 35 pounds of strawberries! Gunnar and Sebastian set up a little strawberry stand in our neighborhood and sold several pounds (Sebastian was quite the little business man!!). The rest we ate raw (yum!!), made strawberry desserts, and made stawberry jam. We also froze quite a bit of strawberry which will last us throughout the year for smoothies, more jam and more desserts. We love strawberries!!

At the end of May, we went to Miami to be a part of cousin Elena, Sofia and Lucas's baptism. It was so great to be with family and play with the adorable cousins. Everyone is growing up so fast!!
